Refund policy

All prints are made-to-order reproductions of original artwork. Because each piece is custom-printed specifically for you upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at AbigailsArt@abigailyoungersart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement print or issue a full refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days at AbigailsArt@abigailyoungersart.com with your order number and a photo if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As all prints are custom made-to-order reproductions of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any prints, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at AbigailsArt@abigailyoungersart.com.
